Preorder and special-order items are specially requested for customers and may require extended processing times.
Publisher release dates are subject to change without notice and are outside of our control.
Unless otherwise noted, preorder items typically ship or become available for pickup approximately 3-5 business days after release date arrival to Moonlit Scrolls.
Orders containing preorder items and in-stock items will ship together once all items in the order are available. If you would like items shipped separately, separate orders must be placed and additional shipping charges may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund preorder items if availability changes with the publisher or distributor.
SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Local delivery may be available within select areas and during designated delivery windows determined by Moonlit Scrolls. Delivery availability, timing, and eligibility may vary based on order size, location, and scheduling capacity.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery timeframe.
At this time, local pickup is not guaranteed or regularly offered unless specifically stated by Moonlit Scrolls for special events, markets, or limited promotions.
